"Sleeping through the night - The magic formula is the method that you and your baby feel most comfortable with and that’s a personal decision."
Calleigh sleeps with us, as in same bed ha... The only time she sleeps in her crib pag nap time lang.

Yaiks, san pa ako matutulog? Whew!
Calleigh developed her sleeping pattern at her 3rd month. It may be a dream-come-true sleep pattern, or it may feel like a mother’s biggest challenge! Waking every hour on the hour at night, never napping for more than half an hour during the day, suddenly getting daytime (wake time) and nighttime (sleeptime) reversed , or something in between.
Nighttime routine: 6pm or 7pm power nap, then play time, feeding time then at exact 8:30 pm - sponge time. After sponge time, we still have 30 minutes to play and cuddle. 9:00pm its time to go to sleep... ^^ I keep the lights low, I don’t talk to her very much, I don’t let her play with her with toys or watch television. I just give her milk and quietly hum a lullaby, most of the time she hums on her own until she falls asleep.
Getting Calleigh to sleep on a “normal” schedule is actually a matter of common sense and logistics, with a little bravery and patience thrown in.
